      12 March 1919, page 3, IN DIVORCE - In the case of Edith J. Rose (Wakefield) v. Christian Rose, there was no appearance of respondent. The petitioner gave evidence that her husband left her in 1913 with five children, and she had no maintenance from him during that period. Constable Fitzsimmons gave evidence that two warrants had been issued for the arrest of respondent, but he could not be found. A decree nisi was granted, with costs on the lowest scale.
