WEDDINGA wedding of much local interest took place in St. Andrew's Church at 3 o'clock this afternoon. The contracting parties were Mr Matthew Grey Nasmith, son of Mr M. G. Nasmith, and Miss Helen McConnell, fourth daughter of the late Mr Samuel McConnell, of Auckland. The ceremony was performed by the. Rev. J. G. Paterson. The Misses Nasmith, Jessie Poulgrain, and Nellie Bousfield were bridesmaids. Mr K. Humphreys acted as best man. Mr L. Fearn gave the bride away. After the ceremony the wedding party were photographed at Mr limes. The happy couple go to Auckland for their wedding tour.
