BUSCKE, Graeme Ivan: (RNZAF 14 Squadron No 78811 Rank LAC). Sadly passed away at New Plymouth Base Hospital with Nui by his side after a lengthy and courageous battle with Amyloidisis on Monday 5 September 2016 aged 76 years. Now no more pain to bear and taken into the loving arms of his wife Ra-ana to reunite with loved ones since passed, parents Karl Edwin, June & Edna Buscke. Cherished and adored Dad to Nui, Ben and Bernadette (deceased), devoted Gang Gang (Grandad) to Ki-yana, Mark, David and Samara. Very much loved brother to Adrienne, Peter, Bronwyn, Shona, Majorie, Cyril, Alan, Lesli, Jewel, Trevor (deceased) and Ric, Karen in Queensland. Family and friends are invited to attend a service to celebrate Graeme's amazing life held at Muru-Raupatu Pa, Te Arei Rd, Bell Block on Thursday 8 September at 1pm. Thereafter to Awanui Cemetary for a Military burial, tribute and acknowledgement. DIVORCE COURT. PETITIONS GRANTED. UNDEFENDED CASES. WARTIME SEPARATIONS. War-time separations between parties to marriages contributed to a lengthy list of divorce business dealt with by Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yesterday, several of the cases arising lrom circumstances which developed during service or man-power periods. .... The petition of Edna Jeanne Buscke (Mr. L. T. Burnard) tor a divorce from Karl Edwin Buscke. on the grounds of agreement to separate, was undefended. Evidence was given of an agreement to separate made in 1940, before the respondent went on overseas service. The petition was granted, interim custody of the children being given to the petitioner. - Published 15 August 1946, Page 6
