      DIVORCE COURT. PETITIONS GRANTED. UNDEFENDED CASES. WARTIME SEPARATIONS. War-time separations between parties to marriages contributed to a lengthy list of divorce business dealt with by Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yesterday, several of the cases arising lrom circumstances which developed during service or man-power periods. .... The petition of Edna Jeanne Buscke (Mr. L. T. Burnard) tor a divorce from Karl Edwin Buscke. on the grounds of agreement to separate, was undefended. Evidence was given of an agreement to separate made in 1940, before the respondent went on overseas service. The petition was granted, interim custody of the children being given to the petitioner. - Published 15 August 1946, Page 6
