OBITUARYAn old resident in Wellington, Mr. Phillip Copeman Willson, died at his residence, Tinakori Road, yesterday. Mr. Willson was born at Edgeware Road, London, in 1886, and arrived in New Zealand 47 years ago. Four years after arriving here he married Miss Fannie Jones. In 1872 he entered the Public Works Department of the Civil Service, and eleven years later was transferred to the Lands and Survey Department, and subsequently joined the Department of Roads. In 1902 Mr. Willson retired on a pension.
