Jack is survived by his wife Stella, his children Wendy and Max (Titirangi), Helen and Lindsay (Napier) and Robyn and Jeff (USA). Much loved grandfather of Hannah, Emma, Kate Ben and Jake. A service for Jack will be held at the Chapel of Faithfull Funeral Services, 35 Red Beach Road, Hibiscus Coast on Monday, the 29th of December 2014 at 11:00 am followed by a private cremation. Thanks to all the members of the medical profession who looked after Jack in the past year.
