Christina died in Murthly Asylum Perthshire at 5.40 am on 2nd February 1912. Her usual residence was recorded as Auchterarder. From the register of corrected entries the cause of death was Gangrenous Lung affecting heart's action. She was recorded as 60 years old by the hospital attendant who registered the death.
