      HARROP, Alice Maude Annie (Stella), née Chalmers. - Passed away peacefully at Maryann Resthome, Stratford on 11th November 2012 aged 89 years. Dearly loved and loving wife of the late Rex. Loved and loving mother and mother-in-law of lan and Heather (Wellington), Trevor and Lois (Oakura). Loved and adored Nana of Chris and Tracy (Canada), Claire and Jared (Wellington), Shay and Bex (Whakatane), Lee and Lissa (Wellington), Matthew and Alex (Hamburg), Gabrielle and Brendan (New York) and her three great grand children. The family extend their thanks to all at Maryann Resthome for their care of Stella. All messages to 70 Messenger Terrace, Oakura 4314. According to Stella's wishes a private family service has been held. - Taranaki Daily News 16 Nov 2012.
