CHALMERS, Leslie George. Passed away peacefully at Waipukurau Hospital on Tuesday, 16th November, aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Lyn. Loved father and father in law of Pat and Sue, Russell and Claire, Grant and Jackie, and Leanne. Affectionately loved as 'Poppy' to his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lyn and the family would like to thank Dr Gaddipati, Dr Daun and the exceptional service Les received from all the staff involved. In accordance with Les's wishes, his funeral has already been held.
