DEATH. REID. - On the 16th inst., at her son's residence, Mt. Moriac, Janet, relict of the late James Reid, Bacchus Marsh, aged 79½ years. Beloved mother of John Keith Reid, Mary Muir Walker, and the late Robert Reid. Funeral will leave Mr. Wynne's, Grant street, at 10.30 on Saturday, 19th inst.

James Reid, Joiner of Barrhead and janet Walker Keith residing there both in this Parish, were booked for Proclamation of Banns the 25th of december 1852 and being regularly proclaimed and no objections offered, were married at Ferenage Cottage the 31st day of December 1852 by the rev Gilbert Stewart Minister of the Free Churc Barrhead.
