This was the first article published by Coralie McKellar in the Triad magazine, under non de plume Lalie Seton Cray, after moving to Sydney. She published a poem in the previous issue. The full title of the Triad, a monthly publication sold in Australia and New Zealand, was The Triad : a journal devoted to literacy, pictorial, musical and dramatic art.
