Headstone - Margaret FRASER

In loving memory of our mother, Margaret Fraser, wife of T. U. McKenzie, born Corran, Argyle, Scotland Sept 26 1826; arrived in N.Z. by ship Blenheim Dec 1840; died at Feilding April 9 1909. Her children rise up and call her blessed.

Notes: Fraserfield cemetery is a private family cemetery on the lands of the Fraser Family estate. This cemetery is still in use today and is one of the few private family burial grounds left in New Zealand, being maintained by annual subscription from family members. As it is private it is not managed in a council based online search, but records are maintained in many community based grave websites.
